( Q ) How soon can you start? ( A ) Typically we try to start within a max of 14 days from confirmation of order
( Q ) What time do you start / finish? ( A ) Our team starts at 8:30am, unless arranged otherwise and will generally finish around 4:30pm each day.
( Q ) Will I need to be at the property all the time? ( A ) No, we can make prior arrangements to collect/leave the keys at a central point (i.e neighbour). All our teams are professional and trustworthy, so you can go about your business without having to worry about the safety of your property.
( Q ) Do I need to clear the room? ( A ) We normally ask that you clear the room as much as possible by removing any smaller personal or breakable i tems. We will move larger items
( Q ) Will there be a lot of dust? ( A ) Depending on the system we install there may be some dust and builders rubble, but rest assured that your furniture will be covered with dust sheets and we will ensure that your property is left clean when we leave.
( Q ) How long will it take? ( A ) This will depend on the size of the room and the system we install. Please confirm this when making your enquiry.
( Q ) Do I need to order the material? ( A ) In most instances we will place the order on your behalf. All you need to do is make the relevant payment to the supplier. We do not add any additional costs to materials.
( Q ) Do I need to be there when the material delivery is made? ( A ) We will do what we can to ensure that the delivery arrives on the day that we are scheduled to start work, so will be happy to take delivery of the materials for you. This will prevent you from having to store materials in your property prior to work commencing.
( Q ) Can I get a refund on unused material? ( A ) Yes, you are entitled to a full refund on any uncut or unopened materials. Our team will do an inventory/calculation once the job has been completed.
( Q ) What happens to electrical plug points and radiators? ( A ) In most instances we will bring the electrical sockets forward, but you will need to arrange with a local plumber to move your radiator forward. Where possible we can assist in this arrangement. Please note that this price is not included in our quote, but typically range between £80-£140 per radiator
