QCan I keep my existing floor?
AIn most cases, where you opt for an under floor system, you can keep your current floor/floor covering, provided it is not laminate, tiles or concrete

QWhat if my floorboards break?
AWe will take every care to ensure that your floorboards don’t break, however this can sometimes happen and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible. Certain floors          cannot be replaced, i.e laminate flooring, tiled floors

QIf the floor is raised, will my doors still close?
AWhere necessary we will trim doors

QWhat if I have solid/engineered flooring?
AIn these instances we recommend you get a specialist company to remove/replace them. We can assist in this process.

QCan you refit my carpet?
AWe will refit any existing carpets, however you may need a professional carpet fitter in some instances
